All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Nephcentric LLC and Inc does not accept returns on ure-Na. Medical food products once dispensed have limited returnability.

Nephcentric will exchange any damaged or dysfunctional item within 30 days of purchase.

Because our shipping process is quick an order cannot be canceled or altered once it has been placed.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Nephcentric LLC and Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Nephcentric LLC and Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Nephcentric LLC and Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nephcentric LLC and Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Nephcentric LLC and Inc without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Nephcentric LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Participation Disclaimer
Nephcentric LLC does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Nephcentric LLC is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. Indemnification

Right to refuse to sell
Nephcentric LLC and INC reserves the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason allowable that is legal under Federal, State and Local Laws. This especially includes individuals or organizations who attempt to defraud, steal, illegally export or otherwise commit illegal acts against Nephcentric, The United States of America and all 50 states and territories in any manner. Fraud Against Nephcentric may include but is not limited to: Chargeback Fraud, Friendly Fraud, Cyber Shoplifting, Criminal Fraud, Credit Card Fraud, attempts to illegally export, and Collusion Fraud.

This also includes physical threats, attempts to extort, and intimidation.

This also includes the use of ure-Na not under the care of a Health Care Provider.

Nephcentric also reserves the right to refuse sell to any address in which there has been theft of any shipment from nephcentric in the past. An example of this is if a UPS shipped package is stolen from the property of the addressed to. Nephcentric expects that if a package is stolen from a property of an addressee, that the addressee will work with local law enforcement to report any stolen packages.

Right to limit quantities sold
Nephcentric Inc and LLC reserve the right to limit quantities sold for any reason allowable that is legal under Federal, State and Local Laws.

This is especially relevant when attempted fraud, theft or illegal exportation is suspected.

Right To Cancel Orders
Nephcentric LLC and Inc have the right to cancel any order placed for any reason legal under Federal, State and Local Laws. Nephcentric LLC and Inc will cancel any order where there is suspected or known fraud, theft, illegal exportation, credit card fraud, chargeback fraud, received fraud or use not under the care of a Health Care Provider.

Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Nephcentric LLC may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Nephcentric LLC, Nephcentric LLC has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Nephcentric LLC.
